In case you missed the announcement, we've launched a new and improved Product Support Center called the Support Hub. This new resource is designed to strengthen product support even more, and help you get the most out of your account with us.
Within the Support Hub, you'll find The Knowledge Base (all the how-tos you need to get the most out of the Club Advantage software), plus a new Support Ticket System where you can indicate ticket priority, make updates, and track ticket status.
